This picture is not in .gif format. I know you think it's ridiculous that people -2 you for that fact, but I'll explain it to you. A .gif file is comprised of a set of images that are played in video-like fashion. They are not simply a still image. So, when people expect to see a short, funny movie and instead get to look at the picture of the fat guy dressed like Optimus Prime that they've seen eight thousand times, they are inherently disappointed.
