One day I had to pick up a few random items, and being lazy figured I'd just go to Wal-Mart since it was close. Upon arrival my sister and I had to try and hold in our laughter as we saw the results of 'class after class of ugly, ugly children'. Every trip to Wal-Mart causes gales of laughter, because no matter what time you get there, even at 3AM you are guaranteed to see a redneck/retard/tub-o-lard within 10 seconds of entering the store. That should be their new motto: "The place where ugly people shop!".
Back to my story. We stopped by electronics to check out DVDs, and they had one of those $9.99 bins out where you can paw through a bunch of movies no one wants to see. A group of rednecks was standing around looking at them when one of the women said "They never tell you if these work in my stereo. Do you need one of those DVD thingies to play them?" I laughed so hard I had a coughing fit.
Idiots Part II
A female friend asked me to help her with some computer trouble. She said, "I want to create some directories, but I only know how to do it through Word."
I figure other people have great stories of idiocy and technology mixing(like El Guapo's .dll one)

**Random Thought - I'm beginning to wonder about Wally World's decision to accept food stamps at our new supercenter. I'm not sure I'm intellectually equipped to deal with this new breed of people. Maybe Wally World is not really a business and is just some sort of sick sociology experiment. **
I agree with the experiment comment.

I've got another really bad Wal-Mart story.
My aunt usually would never shop there, but was in a bit of a hurry and didn't know where else to get some item(don't remember what the hell it was). So she went in, and found out the thing was at the jewelry counter. She paid for the item, and headed out the door. The alarm went off, because the idiot at the jewelry counter had forgotten to take the anti-theft tag off. The greeter guy for Wal-Mart, instead of doing anything reasonable like letting her go on her way, instead tried to get my aunt to sign a form admitting she had tried to shoplift something. She had both the reciept and the item in hand and the idiot still tried to accuse her of shoplifting. Eventually a manager came and let her leave.
How dumb are you to accuse someone of shoplifting, if they have a valid reciept? I'm not sure, but I think my aunt ended up calling her lawyer.
