Often bored at work, I peruse blogs. Although I'd love to stay on Uber 24/7, sometimes it just isnt that interesting. However, I stumbled across this gem and thought you might be just the type of crowd that would enjoy it.

I dunno. If it can act as a deterrent, because it exists, then it's a good thing. But its statistical success rate can't be high, with all the bullshit that needs to be factored in.
And:

My point here is that that gives us a fair amount of wiggle room.

I saw one that had an actual spear, not the microbiotic kind either, inside of it, so it would either slip into the dude's urethra and then the barb would snag if he tried to withdraw or it would just jab into the meatus proper.
