It breaks down as follows:
+2 for a good satirical entry.
-1 for plaigiarism of TTOM style
-1 for lack of punctuation at certain points within the piece

The first stanza is entirely out of place here. References to pilot fish and the ocean - though possibly interesting nods to this website and its users if given more time to work within the piece - fall apart as the poem progresses to its second and third movements.
Is the speaker talking to himself? Is he the "dipshit" referred to in line 6? Perhaps there is a second personality at work here, "busy" with his kingly doings with no time for ocean-minded verse. Maybe there's a little Labensworth inside the speaker's mind that the more dominant personality controls and keeps under wraps. This would explain why he seems to have "gone astray" in the past - an internal struggle. A rivalry.
Unfortunately this has nothing to do with pilot fish or the ocean blue.
The presumed self-importance and delusions of grandeur continue in the third stanza, as the speaker assumes all of Uber wants his opinion. What's more, that they value and cherish this opinion. Sexual confusion and dysfunction plague lines 12 and 13. The base reference to female genitalia is bad enough, but assigning a value judgment on top of that is just unnecessary. Perhaps his anger towards them is drawn from a lifetime of failures? Children often despise what they love - pulling girls' pigtails, paper hats and tree forts, throwing stones, etc. - and perhaps the speaker is indicating here that he would, in fact, love to be in possession of a vagina between his legs. Not that he'd know what to do with it, as 'O faces' are apparently just as loathesome as the reproductive organs. In other words: he's upset because he's never busted his nuts.
Maybe it's because he can't find them.
