ahahahahaha Bubba is my favorite.
This didn't suck at all.
Shlongy wanted to fuck up the contest.
Orgasmatron wanted Shlongy out.
They both got what they wanted.
Plus - Circe, Merlina, ahumblefool, beeltea, gofer, Anansie, Sacrilicious, Scourge, Coleslaw, and Thorns (TEN years ago) wrote some really nice stuff.
And, apparently, Coley has big tits.
Orgasmatron would be the first to admit he was off this round, unfortunately.
Any given Sunday and all that.
The others were okay, too. Not on the same level as the others, in my opinion, but not bad.
All in all, I'd say this was a pretty strong round.
Plus, some people probably read and wrote more poetry than perhaps they normally would, and there was good old fashioned bullshit to keep things interesting.

I can't in good conscience give you a +2 for this. I respect your feelings on the matter, but I think this would all go away if we just focused on actually putting effort into our pieces for the contest. I personally found the whole thing with Shlongy and TTOM to be utterly hilarious for the extent it was taken seriously, and for my part I have kept my involvement in this thing entirely limited to producing poetry and evaluating others'. All this nonsense could be solved by a little maturity, or with better organization.
If O is too jaded after doing this this year I will do it. If I'm still here.
