I sat in a park, waiting to meet an e-date. An artist, I sat with a sketchbook,
pencil, and some other art supplies on a bench. In the shade I began drawing
a type of drawing in a style I don't normally do. Abstract.
Not long after the arranged time had passed, she called to bail. I sat for another
hour, carefully drawing lines, and inking. I went home, unable to get in contact
with anyone I knew to hang out with. I moved out here about a year ago, and have
no family on this side of the country. An hour after another potential friend
vanished before meeting me, I began to color.
Blue October's "Hate Me" played on repeat from my computer as the lunchtime sunlight
from the window dimmed to moonlight while I was toiling away at my desk. I drew the
background lines, holding back tears. "Dear God," I pleaded, "I'm so lonely."

Poor Lover! If it makes you feel any better, I love that song when I'm lonely too. I also like beer, give it a whirl.

Must be a shit country if you refer to it as "this side". 2nd cry me a river. 3rd get out have a beer and quit the cry baby crap. 4th stop being such a suck, and play a sport. Hell try soccer, it's as close to a pansy sport as there is.

I can give references of literally hundreds of people who think I am the nicest guy in the world. Although, being nice to them is basically my response to their "niceness" to me. You have gone out of your way in the past to be an asshole to me, so whaddaya expect? Roses in return for dogshit? Huh? Stop giving me and others undeservedly low ratings for no reason.
