I'm going to go with the assumption that she was kidding.
I once made the comment to my personal trainer that when I got back from an extended vacation in Mexico the weights in the weight room were heavier. He took me seriously and tried to explain muscle atrophy. Hopefully they will never find his body. I cut it up in little pieces and hid it really well so maybe they won't.
