Many people would be quick to call this video "just plain fucked up". However, if you really look into the background of this song, people should be nothing short of impressed by Richard D. James' quirky sense of humor and music capabilities.
The term "windowlicker" comes from the literal meaning of the French term "window shopping". However, this term is used more in reference to prostitution than actual shopping, as the video shows in the beginning with the black man and Latino man trying to pick up two black hookers.
The song on the video begins when Richard's ridiculously huge white limousine crashes into the two guys' car, and Richard steps out and successfully picks up the two hookers with his obvious wealth, erratic dance moves, and winning smile.
The song itself consists of Richard's voice modified digitally and mixed with a relatively simple, yet irrgular snare beat, melodic choir samples, and eventually escalates into a very distorted wall of bass by then end.
Once you see that the hookers are interested, their faces morph into Richard's and the rest of the video consists of hot black chicks with beards. This possibly serves to poke fun at the ridiculousness of modern rap videos and also portray the idea that once a woman sells her dignity, she takes on the likeness of her master, becoming twisted and ugly. The visuals from then on become increasingly sexual and disturbing.
An extremely interesting tidbit of information came about when I looked into the background of this song. Richard D. A spectrogram of "Windowlicker" reveals Richard's face at the end of the song, along with an impressive spiral. Using images in conjunction with sound is fairly simple, and not entirely uncommon among musicians.
Rumors began to surface about the "Demon Face" in the Aphex Twin song, and people began to search. Sure enough, the Demon Face was real. But something wasn't quite right. If the spectrogram is viewed on a Linear scale, the face appears distorted. On a Logarithmic scale, however, the face becomes none other than Richard's signiture grin.
Aphex Twin:
Nothing short of brilliant.

Calm down, fuckface. It was a mistake.
I didn't mean to insult your precious KoRn by saying the album title instead of the song title. God forgive me for what I've done.

"-2 for me" = I get to give people like you -2s. This is very much called for, so I enjoy it immensly.
"people like you" = Posers who pretend to know shit about a band just to prentend they're cool.
Don't write posts about bands if you can't even get the simplest song titles right you fucking asshole.

-2 for me. Thanks for picking that up, Green. "Follow the Leader" was the album title.

Was it KoRn or Nine Inch Nails that had the old video of a bullet flying through all these objects in somewhat slow motion fashion until it finally got to the room where the band was playing?

Most terrifying Twin video ever.
-------------
This isn't an Aphex Twin video, it's a project by Chris Cunningham (Director of all of Richard James' videos) which Aphex Twin did music for.
The video may have come from the song, but the idea was Chris'.

However, saying that, neither song has any meaningful lyrics, so you really have to see the video to appreciate the meaning behind Windowlicker. I'm pretty sure the only audible lyrics in Windowlicker are 'I like to fuck dogs' in French or something. Deep stuff.

I'll agree that the video for "Come To Daddy" was much more intense, but I just felt that there was a little more behind this song.
=============
Yeah I'll give you that. Not much beats a weird skeleton screaming at a granny though.

The fact is, when it comes to music videos, my criteria on whether or not I'll like it also has to do with how much I like the song itself. "Come To Daddy", in that regard, just didn't do it for me.

Come to Daddy is better. Richard D James is a fucking mad man, when a friend of mine saw him in Dublin he did the entire set from a tiny wendy-house on the stage
