what's wrong with respecting a force of people who valued honour, love of nation and political lack of bias? My grand father, and three grand uncles were finns who served in german auxillary brigades, on my mother's side i had german army colonels, and despite that fact that germany lost they still managed to oppose over 5 great powers single handedly, while i hate nazism i respect the Wehr macht, the Luftwaffe and the kriegsmarine

Have no knowledge of? My greatgrandfather was called to the frontline on the German side towards the end of the war, when they were throwing everything they had at the Allies (including retired, civilian old men).
And yes, there were German troops who didn't participate in or contribute directly to the massacre of the Jews. And presumably, they had honour.
There are also those who argue that the Holocaust was an open secret and that everyone in Germany knew, on one level or another, what was happening.
Either way, reverence for Armies isn't not something I have any respect for.

the army didn't perpetrate the atrocities of the third reich, it was the SS and the military arm of the SS the "Waffen" or armed SS, so shut up about shit that you have no knowledge of

actually i thought you looked like a young jewish boy, what with the nose curvatue and curly hair.
and nice translation, Das Heer is more like the alternate to the "Wehrmacht" in reference to the german army between the years of 1936-1945 as opposed to the reichswehr which served as the german army from the time of unification (1871) to the end of 1919 when it was practically dissolved due to the actions of the november criminals, I think Das Heer flows nicely and i respect the honour of the german military of WW2, much like people who put samurai(Servant, what?) in their name
