Basically they teased the entire UFC fan base. They did the pre-fight show, and got you pumped and then Ortiz backed out of the fight because he figured it was a lose lose situation.
I love UFC but I'm a little worried that this publicity stunt was the first step towards their credibility going the ways of WWF.

Oh, and I knew from the start Mayweather was going to win. Although, I predicted a knockout, not decision. De La Hoya has the technique, but I just don't think he has the power to back it up. Plus, with a head the size of Apollo's, punching him is fish in a barrel.

i watched it.
i was supporting de la hoya but he wasn't robbed.
mayweather was accurate and unhurt by oscar's flurries.
yes oscar gave him a fight but he never seriously troubled him. the fight was disappointing.
especially for $50 ppv!

I watched the fight and I think he lost.
He threw a TON of punches but what he was hitting was mostly air.
I gave the fight to Mayweather 6-4-2.
