I don't know if any of this stuff has been covered yet, it probably was, I was too lazy to check. So here goes.
I've been thinking about dreams lately, and how they work. I understand all of the REM stuff, but how is it possible to have a dream that seems like days but in reality is only 15 seconds? That's so weird. What if your entire life was a dream? Like in the Matrix, but not.
What if your entire life was a dream and you woke up, and like, you were a 1-month old baby on another planet where the planet earth and the english language doesn't exist, and it was all just a crazy idea in your imagination. And your little baby alien self would wake up screaming "What the fuck? What the hell? Where am I? What's going on?" but it would sound like jibberish to your alien parents because the enlgish language doesn't exist, so your alien parent would be all "Awww, that's so cute, he's trying to talk to us! He'll probably say his first word soon!" but they wouldn't say this in english of course, they would say in crazy alien language. Except you aren't even an alien, because the word and concept of an "alien" was all made up by you as well. Like what if the whole concept of humans and earth and math and science and politics and all that stuff were just crazy ideas in your dream, and they aren't genius ideas because none of it really exists in the non-dream world so it was all just worthless crap to everyone else.
If I woke up as some alien baby only to discover that my life was a dream, I'd be so pissed off.
Oh, and you know how they say "Before you die, your life flashes before your eyes"? I doubt if its true but what if our lives right now is our life "flashing before our eyes"? What if you got shot in the year 2030 and this is the flash-back? Yeah I guess it all seems crazy.

A Deja Vu is a short-circuit in the brain, a bio-electrical current (synaps) either gets mistakenly duplicates or, through another mistake in which the same bio-electrical current chooses two different paths to your nervous system.
At least, that's what I think I learned in biology.

lol Dennis, I have to say I can completely relate! Life is cool with me now, but see now I'm wondering why the hell I was having such a nightmare in the beginning....lol.

I think like that all the time... in fact, I'm sure that I am an old man living in the year 3045 and I slipped in the shower and am in a coma, and this whole life I'm living is just a fantasy my subconscious made for me so I won't have to wake up and deal with the motherfucking HMO... I would write a book about my english adventures in the alien sci-fi community on my home planet and makes lots of money and laugh at you all... although it wouldn't matter because you wouldn't exist anyway...
