Where the fuck are all my submissions going? You all sit here and talk like a bunch of opressed bitches about free speech and shit, but you take my posts down? So you're a bunch of hypocrites... it's ok for there to be free speech, as long as YOU agree with it. When somebody comes along and talks shit that you don't agree with, HE MUST BE SILENCED... I want an explanation because nothing I did deserves to have my freedom of speech taken away, especially by a bunch of "rebels" like yourselves who do nothing but bitch about America taking your rights away. as far as i know, Drink was never banned, either. bart merely asked him to leave and he complied. then he came back to gain some respect, which he got and deserved. he started out just like me. pissed everyone off, and then realized he was wrong.

Actually if you read the Bill of Rights it says nothing about giving you the right to free speech.
The 10 amendments only applied to what the Fed Govt. could do to the states, up until the beginning of the 20th century the state governments were free to have state religions, censor individuals etc.
It wasn't until I believe it was Palko v. Connecticut that the rights of due processes were extended to include the states.
So your "right" to free speech isn't as strong as you might think
