The other day I ate like five grapefruits while I was watching TV. I now have an enormous blister on the inside of my mouth. Aggravating the blister is a broken tooth. I can't get it pulled until Thursday, when my dentist has an open spot, so in the meantime it has resolved to occupy itself by ripping at the blister. The significance of this is that whenever I try to eat soup, it feels like getting stabbed in the face.
I LIKE soup.
So I eat it anyway. Needless to say, the pain is unimaginable. Especially when the soup is boiling hot (I like to heat it to a boil, that's it) and seasoned with Tabasco.
I never learn.
