Many people don't like graffiti on city buildings. Me, I like graffiti when it is done with style and talent. We've all seen the standard "tags" in big, almost-indecipherable letters; what I'm talking about is great street art you discover while exploring the city.
Sometimes, when I'm sober enough to be mobile, I grab my digital camera and go outside to find and record artistic street works by anonymous artists. Hell, I figure, better photograph the stuff before city workers come along and wash it off. Often (like the following picture below) I'd be happier if I knew the art would never be touched, because its a helluva lot prettier than yet another grey city wall...
I'm sure some fellow Ubersiters can post some "beautiful graffiti" from their cities & towns too, dammit. So do it. Represent, as they say.

THAT IS FUCKING AMAZING
St. Louis has a graffiti wall that goes for a couple miles and they have competitions with graffiti. i took a bunch of pictures of my favorites and if i remember i typed this when i'm sober, i'm going to post some of those pictures.

Someone should send this to that Micheal Medvah or whatever the fuck his name his. That prick was yelling about how graffiti is destroying the world, when he could have easily said: don't spray paint on other people's shit, and if you get permission to do it, make it count so I don't have to bitch like a conservative crybaby. This graffiti art is around High Park subway station on Bloor Street, if my memory serves right. Often there's a lot of graffiti (mostly bad, some good) around Toronto subway stations, which is good, 'cause the TTC is either friggin' bland to look at or they're shoving ads up one's ass, if you'll pardon the expression.

Right you are, Hector. You either look at the ads, the graffiti or the mould on the walls and ceiling of the subway. If you're lucky you can see a few mice scurrying along the tracks.

There's some beautiful stuff around the Queen St West area- Toronto's a great city for graffiti.

Damn. That's really nice. It's clearly stencil-based, but there had to be some extensive freehand going on while the outline was still up. That's the only way you're getting such a realistic flow in the gold and keeping such clean edges.
I made this my desktop background then realized I'm at work and had to change it. Gyp.

I tried spraypainting a few times, every time i do it, it runs down. I can't spray paint nipples because it looks like they are melting.
I hate spraypainting.
--> Ahahahaha. Or "LOL" in teh Interspeak. Have you tried spray-painting really disturbing, psychotic images? The dripping would only add to the effect, especially melting nipples. Jesus Christ full of bacon, you just made me type "melting nipples"...
