Euro's might know this guy, but over here in NA his music is fairly unheard of. First heard this song on Leno a couple weeks ago, liked it.

By the way, I've heard of Paolo Nutini -- it's a pretty good disc. If you're looking for some not-everyone-in-the-world-knows-of-them-yet discs, try Peter, Bjorn, & John, or Feist. Those are two of my favourite albums right now.

Despite the fact that he's Scottish, I can't give him the usual autoScot +2 as I think he's shit.
Plus, he played at our Students' Union, since I work there I usually get to hang out with the acts who play; he's only slightly less of a stuck up cunt than The Feeling.
