I've seen 23 of these... and quite a few of them were complete fucking garbage. Like that Lord of the rings... what a fucking joke. That was purely a numbers movie, that and Titanic. Fuck. They might as well have put Spider man 2 on the list if they were going to throw those two movies up there. Shitty acting, big effects... what a joke.
And all this shit from way WAY back in the day annoys me as well. The only reason 1930's movies make a list like this is... shit... I don't even have an answer for that. How is Singing in the rain a better movie than The Shawshank Redemption? Or even #100 Ben-Hur?
I'm not seeing it...

A great movie, I remember seeing it in the theatre and being knocked out by it. Probably doesn't deserve a higher rating because it's not really an original work, but an adaption of a book to a different setting.

All black and white movies, with the exception of "Raging Bull" should be automatically eliminated from this list.
We watched the show on TV last night...on and off...and I was SURE that this was the year the "Caddyshack" replaced Citizen Kane at number 1.
I would have bet money on it.

That pool was far too much work, all the trading and replacing players. Far too much thinking especially when I was in school and not at a desk to constantly update my players.
We should do one next year where you pick something like 20skaters and 2 goalies and that is what you are stuck with for the season.
