Hilarity, perhaps I should have clarified. When guys speak nipples it includes the aereola (sp.) as well. Some women have blotchy, the shit that looks like chicken skin, some that point east/west, etc. Just a natural looking nipple with no oddities or hair coming out of it. Saggy is when you take them out of the bra and say "so, how about a beej?"
