The fiance and I have been together for 18 months now, I met her while in Australia 2 years ago doing some backpacking (It's funny when you can track your life based on Uber posts, see this current event: http://www.ubersite.com/m/75282 and http://www.ubersite.com/m/88757). I was planning on only going for 2 months but wound up staying for 6. Needless to say best decision ever.
Anyway, she's great, basically an asshole like me but hot with tits. I really lucked out. I'll cut this short, no one likes these long rambling blog entries.

Yeah we're both fairly non religious, agnostic people so we decided against the church routine and had the ceremony at my aunt and uncles place, a really nice acreage. Had a potluck dinner and drinks with family/friends afterwards. It was good, and cheap, neither of us really wants to start our lives in debt. She even picked up a couple 22k gold rings for $150AUS while on a trip to Malaysia a few months ago, so we got off good.
