And all of a sudden it's the summer before my senior year. You are smart, funny, sarcastic and twenty-four.
"Sing along!" you say between verses and I wonder how to pretend I've heard this song before.
You smile, you laugh, you joke about things that are beyond me while I try to keep up.

I pretend I've played this game before while we are naked in the lake/car/park/kitchen, playing games I've heard of and exploring things I haven't. You don't want these things to be firsts for me, so I say they aren't.

I just went out and bought The Monster Squad on DVD today.
I'd never seen it before.
It was AWESOME. Have a +2 for that.
