The only reason that this isn't getting -2 is because (even though it's a shitty stupid one) there is reason to this madness of JUST posting a picture named "GPF or gif Post Friday".
That being said, it's rediculous to expect positive ratings for hitting the browse button, clicking a picture file and then hitting submit.
