Well gang, here it is, the moment you've all been waiting for, the results of this year's Geek-off. I must say now that I was extremely pleased with the entries I received this year. The enteusiasm of the participants just blew me away.
I tried to be fair in the rating, and I'm sure there will be no contention. So without further adeu, here are the results!

1. i can and will admit that i have a undeniable love of pokemon and all that applies
2. i bought the 3 pokemon cds that came out of the first season
3. i study and really enjoy physics
4. i know that there more than just the 4 sailors in sailor moon and i can recognise them all
5. i easily read a book a week
6. i spend my time trying to perfect my pizza base
7. myspace takes up at least an hour a day.... that time is not always activly doing something on my page just staring at in and taking in its beauty
8. studying on saturday is my idea of a good time
9. i dont like drinking in excessive amounts it ruins things
10. i drink old-school poppas (aka juice boxes) without the straw and just through the hole in the top and it makes me think im cool and rebel
11. when i talk to friends on the internet i use full english owrds and not the slang everyone else does
12. i read encyclopedias

I am such a geek, that not only did i collect magic cards, not only did I swim on the swim team, not only did i wait for harry potter.........

The Second Annual Übersite Geek-Off!
Okay all you greasy little Über-geeks, the time has come once again!
I know it's a little early this year, but there's been so much drama around here lately between Simon and Bret (again) that I feel we need a light hearted start to the weekend.
So compose your list of geeky qualities and post them under the title "Geek-off Entry."
The Geek-off will go on for until next Friday, and I will compile and judge the entries, rating from 1-10 on the Geektometer, to be posted on Saturday.
So here's my own list.
1. I have vols. 1-14 of the Dragon Ball manga.
2. I have the entire set of the Chobits manga.
3. I have all four Beatles "Yellow Submarine" figures.
4. My ring tone is the theme from Knight Rider.
5. I completely agree with The Angry Video Game Nerd.
6. When I was a kid, I used to dream of pwning the shit out of Freddy Krueger.
7. If I had a light saber, I know I'd just walk around with it on all day, waving it at everything.
8. I'd kill just about any of you to get a flying car.
9. I miss the Übersite Superfriends.
10. If I could go back in time to any point in history, I'd go to the original Woodstock festival.
11. I want "Where Do They Make Baloons?" by They Might Be Giants played at my funeral.
12. I cannot express my frustration that the Generation X movie was never put on DVD, so I had to download it so I could finally watch it since I wasn't allowed to watch it the ONE TIME IT WAS EVER ON TV!!!
13. I'm just waiting for the military to start recruiting Gundam pilots.
14. Transformers the movie exceeded my wildest expectations.
15. Spider-Man 3 was just okay.
16. Final Fantasy 12 let me down.
17. I'm bummed because I don't have time to play Dungeons and Dragons any more.

34. I've been experimenting with subliminal hypnotization to give myself photographic memory. So far it's not working.
35. If I had the choice, I'd team up with Captain America. Sure he's better than me at everything, but he wouldn't make me feel bad about it.
36. I actually had nightmares about "The Blair Witch Project."
37. I've wasted countless hours of valuable time trying to figure out how Mega Man's X Buster can contain all the hardware needed to emulate his enemies attacks and still have room inside for his ginormous anime hand.
39. I used to have a ferret named Strawberry Fields. I originally chose the name for a parrot, but they're too damn expensive.
40. I can quote every character verbatim from the "Constitutional Peasant" scene from Monty Python's Holy Grail.

1. I surf 4chan
2. i've had (in total) about 6 myspace accounts, most for fucking with people
3. I own every volume of the manga berserk out to date in America and every Japanese translation
4. I've spent (in total) about 3000 dollars on D&D stuff and still don't own a car
5. Stopped playing D&D but have yet to make a profit.
6. I've had numerous complaints on every live action movie about a comic. So many that if I got into it the post would just be about that. For example.. TOPHER FUCKING GRACE WAS VENOM, EDDIE BROCK WAS A BAD ASS WITH OR WITHOUT THE SYMBIOTE, WITHOUT THE SYMBIOTE TOPHER GRACE WOULD GET HIS ASS KICKED BY A THIRD GRADER!
7. Whenever someone makes an 80's reference i'm usually the only one that gets it, and can go indepth on the joke or the reference. However, I grew up in the 90's.

1. I get every reference and cut away made on Scrubs. EVERY. SINGLE. ONE.

4. I've met Fred Gallagher, Jerry Holkins, and Mike Krahulik, all multiple times, and have many autographs. If you don't know who they are, GTFO.

21. Joseph Heller's "Catch-22", while a horrible film, is perhaps the greatest piece of contemporary literature yet written. Douglas Adams would still win in a "ludicrous language only" fight.
