I was there on holiday a couple of years ago (on the cypriot side) and you can go to the top floor of woolworths (yes thats right woolys motherfuckers) and have a look through the telescopes up there. There is still washing hanging from some of the clothes lines, it really is amazing.

Jesus. That is so bizarre. You'd think that after 33 years someone would just be like, "Okay, dude...there's an entire city sitting there rotting for NO DISCERNABLE REASON. Let's make a reclamation plan, m'kay?" I mean seriously, how much manpower does it take to patrol in and around an abandoned city? It's the very definition of waste.
Oh, and don't forget to change your headlight fluid, ftw. The halogen stuff is the best.
