Before you get your panties in a bunch, the only reason I know about him and his website is because he's been all over the news lately. Yes, I do watch something other then the food network.

All the news reports say the same thing, there is nothing they can do until he breaks the law. He hasn't been caught and he has freedom of speech, so he can't be arrested unless he breaks a law. Know what? Fuck the police. If you have expired tags, you'll get stripped searched, but if you talk about fucking little girls there is nothing they can do. This muthafucker is encouraging other pedophiles to come to the Children's Festival. He rates events and invites other pedophiles to attend. How long do I have to wait until I see him on the news all bloody from a pack of angry parents?
It's time for a vigilante castration. A group of parents should get together to find Jack and castrate him. All pedophiles for that matter. Don't want to castrate? Fine, but what about an angry dad kicking the ever loving shit out of him? I know if I seen him at a playground/park/school he'd catch the beating of his life. Not from me, I'm older and slower then I used to be. I'd pay two or seven bums to beat him and then takes bites out of his face.

I think I'm going to talk to my lawyer to see if it would be legal for me to talk about me or other parents beating the living crap out of him.
Ya know, if it weren't illegal I'd put a five thousand dollar bounty on the penis & scrotum of Jack McLellan. If it were not illegal, I'd get a bunch of parents together and make that bounty fifty thousand. But I can't because it's illegal.

As terrible as this guy is for propogating and encouraging his serious mental defect, people are exaggerating the issue. There are plenty of active pedophiles and murderers to worry about. People only seem to hate this guy because he doesn't repress it, which of course he should, but it is a really superficial distinction.
Legally punishing someone for evil thoughts is the start of a slippery slope, even in the case of a pedophile. But I don't see what's wrong with restricting and regulating him and such, like is already done with plenty of innocent people "just in case."

I'm not going to -2 you just because I generally agree that assholes like this need *vigilante* justice. Emphasis on "vigilante" because it's not the government's role to strongarm people dancing the line between free speech and public safety. With assholes like him around, it takes a lot of courage to support free speech, but it's worth it.
As an informed civilian, you may feel compelled to kick the shit out of him. If he was within 300 yards of my son/daughter, I'd take an assault conviction in a heartbeat for the chance to break his kneecaps and rearrange his face. If it were 10 yards, the charge would be murder.
Taking one for the team here is worth it. The asshole stalking children gets what's coming to him, and the government doesn't become big brother. Win-win.

I'm not pro-pedophile or anything, but you should try to take a step back from the knee jerk reaction most people have to such a horrible and disgusting subject and examine it from a logical stand point.
You can only deter so much crime with punishment. As it stands, sex offenders are probably the most harshly penalized criminals on the books. Sex offenders can actually be locked up FOREVER without actually having been sentenced to life imprisonement if they are judged to still be a threat to others. If you committ a heinous sex crime, you will be locked up.
Also, when you get out, if ever, you will be unable to find a job (which will be a violation of your parole), you will not be able to find any place to live (also a violation of the terms of your parole) and most likely you will be turned down for any type of aid or assistance from the government. There was a report not too long ago about a group of sex offenders that were living under a bridge in Miami, state sanctioned. That's how bad these people have it. Arguably murderers do not have as hard a time with post-prison restrictions.
Now, I'm sure 99% of you are saying great, lock those pieces of shit up, make them suffer, they've committed the worst crime known to man, etc, etc. However, our system of justice as it stands actually encourages the murder of children. How, you say? Joe Blow Pedophile can not control his child molesting urges ... sure, he tries, but one day he finds the opportunity and grabs a child and molests them. Now he is faced with two possible choices ... he can let this child be on their way, be discovered that he molested the child, and have his entire life ruined. He will lose his job, family, friends, EVERYTHING.
OR.
Or, he can just as easily kill this child, ditch the remains in a deep grave covered with a bag of limestone, and be on his merry way. Now the child can never rat him out, and it's just another missing child on the posters. I'm clearly not pro-child molestor, but right now we're setting dangerous precedents with our treatment of sex offenders. There is no easy solution.
Just another example of our broken justice system at work. I know all this information because my mom works with the Sexually violent predator program here in Florida and even she is appalled at the way these people are treated.

Regarding that - I had a rather frightening run-in with two men when I was 13 years old. I had gone to an audiology trade show with my stepmother, and I was wandering around while she was in meetings. I was in one of the hearing-test booth displays, looking at all the weird machinery and just zoning out, when two men (a black man and a white man, obviously friends and probably in their early thirties) walked into the booth and closed the door. They started joking around with me and asking me questions, and then out of nowhere the black guy grabbed my arms and held my hands behind my back. The white guy sneered and said "You know, these booths are soundproof. You could scream as loud as you want right now and no one would hear you." I pulled my hands away, booked it for the door and got away from there as fast as I could.
Now, I know these two guys were not pedophiles, and I'm positive they did not intend to harm me, but were just having some fun with a random kid. I'm certain that neither one even remembers the incident. But I do. I think about it frequently and it still creeps me out to this day, over 1

On another note, I think it's funny that everyone wants to torture pedophiles but people get all upset when we torture terrorists. I don't condone either, but I gotta say that killing people is worse than fucking children. However, fucking children then killing the children is worse than just killing people, therefore murdering pedophiles are worse than terrorists, unless the terrorist kills more than one hundred people, then that particular terrorist is worse that murdering pedophiles, unless that murdering pedophile has murdered more than ten children, then he is worse than the terrorist that killed one hundred people.

Castration (both physical and chemical) of pedos and other sex offenders does not work as it does not take away the urges.
Pedophilia is also notoriously resistant to treatment, particularly if they are Preferential pedos.
Also some pedos honestly don't understand why they get such a negative reaction. To them, sex with children isn't wrong or taboo but a viable and legitimate lifestyle.
