I have recently read a new book titled, "Sexual Astrology" by Martine. It's been very informative, and quite funny at times learning new things about yourself and your sign, that makes the person you are both emotionally and phycially.
I myself am a Taurus, and my fiance is an Aquarius, and as the book says, sexually we are variable. Allthough we have been together for 7 years and made it work, this did however explain allot to me about his and even my own sexual needs and wants.
"This book deals directly and frankly with a problem of chief concern to every man and woman- sex"
I am going to list all the signs of the Zodiac below, and then, after you find your sign you can see your and your potential or current lover's erotic zones and some of the more popular sexual traits of that sign. Everything listed complies to both men and women, unless otherwise stated.
I hope you enjoy this, and I hope maybe it gives some insight into a current or perspective relationship you might be persuing.
For a more in-depth explanation of personal attractions and personality traits, and a VERY informative sign-by-sign compatability chart- I highly reccomend this book. Everything here will be in my own words, but my information will come directly from the book.
ARIES- March 21 - April 19

This post is worth reading only because it helps you realize astrology is bullshit. First off, I would like to say I am very into bestiality. It's almost sick how much I'm into it. I think that brown horses (mares) look better than most girls. I like experimenting, I enjoy outdoor sex, don't have a lot of fetishes, but still, I can weasel myself into many of these categories. "Usually Submissive, but likes to dominate also" - could this be any more vague? It's like saying, "likes to drive cars, but likes to be the passenger also." That's too broad for my tastes. Spooky? More like annoying, frustrating, and overall, just plain boring. As Murphy said(but did not give an example of), astrology is only so effective because you can voluntarily "pigeon-hole" yourself into pretty much any category, regardless of what it says. It's no different than those fucking Internet personality tests, or John Edwards' "Crossing Over." You say something ambiguously enough, and it can be considered true, regardless of the actual statement.

Can't you see the bullshit? This isn't an actual example of one of John Edwards' probings on "Crossing Over," but it might as well be. It's ridiculous. His descriptions/requests become broader and broader until it becomes to ridiculous that something like what he's describing DIDN'T take place in your life. And then you feel "spooked," because he's (supposedly) so insightful and in-touch with the dead. Whereas in reality, the only things dying are our brain cells.
And astrology is no different; it's just a way for absolutely normal, inconsequential, insignificant people to bring themselves to believe that they are somehow unique. Ridiculous. And it does so by uplifting a self-created, usually too-broad-to-really-be-false image of who "YOU" are onto a pedestal. When confronted with the arguments that a) not enough people follow astrological parameters. and b) the descriptions inherent in astrology are too broad to be truly accurate, they resort to some sort of scatological nonsense about how not only the stars, but also the sun, and moon, define your personality. Basically it's just the generalization/broad-description concept upped another level; with so many different astronomical differences available, anybody can be anything, regardless of where, how, and when you were born
-which is exactly what we though before being introduced to such ridiculous concepts in the first place.
Astrology is nothing but a self-servient way of riding the merry-go-round of personal dissatisfaction while being drugged up with just enough bullshit to think that extremely simple truths need overly complex explanations. A waste of time, energy, and, most importantly, YOUR hard-earned money.

Astrology is taken seriously by some, but most people don't know enough about it to comment fairly. It's been around a long time - so has the boogy man.
Those people I do know who take it seriously believe that there are tendencies in your make up that are indicated by your chart, not just the "Sun Signs". When they do the whole description thing, it's spooky.
But would I live my life by Astrology? Umm... no thank you.

Oh please. Astrology is only fascinating to some people because it focuses on The Most Interesting topic, for them, which is this:
THEMSELVES
It's a study devoted to quasi-self-exploration. It's complete and utter nonsense backed by absolutely nothing. Take the wool from your face and think about scientifically:
How, exactly, does gravity (planet alignment) affect personlity at the point of birth?
Can you answer that? No, you can't, and neither can any of the other self-involved bafoons who propagate this trash.
People look at this shit and make it turbo-personal. The 'signs' (god, can't even say that with a straight face) are so ambigious and general that you can pretty much pigeon-hole yourself in to any category and embrace it as your own.
Tell you what. I'm not going to spoil your fun. Most people don't want to look at this scientfically. They'd rather stay in their chamomile runt-of-the-mill existence which embraces self-promoting bullshit such as written above.
Fine. But don't expect me to dumb myself down in the interest of selfishness. I've better things to do.

Murphy, Your opinion is appreciated, but why do you believe that? I mean, more people show very strong signs of matching almost perfectly of the description of their zodiac sign, than people who don't. And the people who feel their sign doesn't match them, usually is a mix between 2, which can happen in some forms of astrology. I don't think everyone should live their life by it or anything, but I personally find it very interesting, not only b/c I match my sign perfectly, both sexually and otherwise, but b/c I am into things like this, along with Numerology and find the overall aspect facinating. To me it's like a science, much more interesting once it's understood.

Tony- The book is simply titled "Sexual Astrology" By Martine. If you liked the post, then you'll LOVE the book, it gives a sign-by-sign layout for each sign and says how each sign is compatible with the other. Its very informative. =)
Loki- B&D (bondage and discipline) is agressive play such a spanking, whipping, being tied up, overall being dominated, or being the agressor. More for having fun and exerimenting, but not a serious act of pain. S&M (Sadism and Masochistic) Is along the same lines, but much deeper and foucusing much more on pain and the "Darker" side of it all. People who are heavy into S&M do things that most people find very painful and or strange, all for sexual pleasure.
Micky- The overall info I presented was the most common and outstanding traits for each sign. I realize comments like "passionate" and "sensual" can be very broad, but what it was meant to show was just the overall differences between each sign. I didn't post every detail from each sign, as that would have taken me forever and basically meant copying the whole book...lol.

LOL- I dunno, this is just the info I got out of the book...lol. It goes into allot of detail with some signs even talking about messed up fetishes like certain signs that have the 'pee-on-me' fetish...and some that go really deep into sadism doing some crazy shit..lol...I just highlighted the most prominant details of each sign...
