Step one: open a search engine (i used google)
step two: enter the search terms "photo" and "resize"
step three: look at the first link, it's a free photo resizing site. i've conveniently copied the url for you:

step four: take a picture of yourself, at most it should be from the hips up, and least from the ribs up.
step five: use provided resizing service to resize photo
step six: re-post **DECENT** photo

also, you should keep your hair dark and stop shaving your eyebrows. you look like a ghost with blonde hair. you have decent facial structure and bright eyes, though, and the dark hair helps show it. girls with thin eyebrows, though, look like croatian expatriates and piss me off.
