The fear of holding nothing too tightly and letting everything else go astray,
The fear of not knowing what I had, not knowing if I'll see through today.
Not knowing if going will end all things wrongly, not knowing if I should stay,
Not knowing or thinking while my mind is screaming, watching as she walks away.
I sit down in silence, stare at my hands forgot the last months of my time.
Search my fingerprints for an answer or somthing, anything to give me a sign.
I knew it was perfect, too perfect to work, it was always gonna end down the line.
I knew it was destiny, but for one fleeting moment, in this crazy world, you were mine.
But, alas, it was over before it began, the world will keep spinning round.
I'll have to find my head in the clouds, and bring it back to the ground.
I'll sit here in silence, searching my palms, listen for that fateful sound.
When my broken heart fails me, and tears stop to come, and I head for where I am bound.
I'll try to stand up, supported by pride with a burst of time and new breath.
Forget of the times when life is so rough, that all I can dream of is death.
But until I can, just leave me to sit, and get lost in the thoughts of my past
Cause until I stand, and find memories new, I don't know which will be my last.

I need to know;

Which American Football team to follow;

Which baseball team to follow;

When i was younger I used to love the 49ers. But hey that was back in the day and that was only because they looked cool.

Nice. Just finished a 6 day drunk binge. Does that mean I'm cured? I know the cliches came out in this one, but sometimes they have to. At least I didn't emo it up by cutting my wrists. Save that fr next time. Mwaha. Cheers, though, for the comments.

Ha. I'm not here for sympathy. If it isn't liked, then tell me as much.

Well, I did. The +2 is a welcome. Some prefer to give a -2. Okay almost everybody prefers to give a -2 for a first post.

I don't say it sucks. It's a bit trite though. "too perfect to work," "one fleeting moment," "this crazy world," "alas, it was over before it began," "the world will keep spinning," etc.

Re-word those overused phrases, and it will be better. I get the sentiment, and I can empathize.

Also, buck up. That means, "cheer up," in case you're not a cowboy. It'll all be over before too long and you'll set your sites on another. Normally, I recommend a four-day drunk to take care of these problems. Works for me. Just make sure you have the vacation time built up.

Better than Yesterday's Some of the Time. That's for sure.

Homer: Look at that. I'm the first non-Brazilian person to travel
backwards through time.

Mr. Peabody:
Correction, Homer, you're the second.

Sherman:
That's right, Mr. Peabody!

Mr. Peabody:
Quiet, you.
