My boss and I are in a little debate here at work and are having trouble using GOOGLE or YAHOO! to find the answer...
Can anyone tell us (provide a source if you will) if CDs and DVDs are burned from the OUTSIDE->IN or from the INSIDE->OUT.
If youc an aswer this (and provide a source) it will be a great help!
Thanks!

From the inside out, asshole, try burning a few small files to a CD/DVD, and you'll see the date on the inside (near the hole)

Neither, it's vertical, horizontal, and perpendicular.

CDs and DVDs are burnt the opposite from a record. Records play from the outside in, CD's are burnt and played from the inside out. My assumption is that the same rule applies to DVDs.
