Since I'm up against the unsinkable Molly Brown in this round, I figured what the hell...might as well get crazy with it, since crazy is my best odds for beating out Shlongy.
Hell, even if he DOES win the match, this was a fun entry to do.
I'll admit...I was at a loss for something to write for "CANASTA!", until kaos double-dog-dared me last Friday...

Canasta is the spanish word for "basket." It's most commonly referred to as a card game, a version of rummy played with two decks...an incredibly complex version of rummy, that is. Requires a lot of thinking and observational skills. It is great fun once you learn the game, though.
However, I refer in my post to the slang phrase "nasty/dirty canasta", which was birthed in a burlesque show as a pseudoname for a particularly whorish dancer.

I saw them in NYC on their '96 reunion tour...maybe I should just savor those memories.
