How are things?
Listen ubersite someone fucked me. Not the good fucking either, where I handover $80 afterwards, but the bad fucking... Please let me explain...
As many of you know I am not a rapper. No. don't protest I am truly not a rapper, BUT many years ago , when Napster was first up and running I saw an opportunity to lay down a track that I had had on my mind all through school, just a little ryhme that I had thought up.
My track was called Lines Suppressed and I did the beat on Fruity Loopz and using Napster sent it to a bunch of my many friends all over the USA (okay 6 people in New Jersey).
I loved my little song, the lyricals might have been poor, my timing may have been off but it was my song damn it.
From start to finish.
Then I forgot about it, Napster shut down, My PC went to microsoft heaven and I never thought about the track again.
THEN 1 week ago I am pumping my little cousins MP3 player and a beat that sound familiar starts playing... hmm where do I know that beat from? Then the lyrics kick in "If I'ma have one life to live I'ma give it all I got".
It took a few seconds to kick in but my little cousin had my song on his MP3, then the words changed and I realised it wasn't my song BUT A FUCKING IMPOSTER What the Fuck?
Immediatley I knew Jay Z or fucking Kanye had stolen my shit. Then I realised how crap the track was to begin with and listened again and it was just some amatuer, plagiarizing my shit.
so I search for the song on the net. the track name in the MP3 is LINES HRRPRESSED, couldn't this fuck spell opppresssed?
and wouldn't you know it no artist name, so I searched the net and I can find heaps of references to 'lines hrrpressed' but nothing about the artist.
What do I do Uber? Someone stole my track and I have a few questions:
1.WHY?
2.Why steal such a crappy song. I would have stolen a dr dre album personally
3. Who made the track Lines Hrrpressed?
Basically there is a guy called Quarters from Brooklyn on myspace and people ask him all the time about the track so I am thinking he knows something about it, another chat room lists the track as Mark Wahlberg , wow! marky mark stoled my shit? awesome.
Seriously uber please help me track down this motherfucker. I'm not that angry, just wondering if they tried to pass it off as their own or not.
Jump on limewire or whatever and check out Lines Hrrpressed. I am getting my track emailed over from an old friend and I'll add it to my myspace so you can compare.,
Does anyone know if I can get any money out of this because I am broke?
PS ..... I heart gingerbread monkeys
Fuck it I'll download the track and pump it on my space and then we will compare.
