Ok, earlier this evening I sat down and watched the Cavemen pilot. In short, it sucked. What was amusing and original in the Geico commercials was drawn out and boring in a sit com format.
The three main characters, I can't remember their names and it doesn't matter, are roommates, one is obsessing over his ex and is always on the phone with her, another is a bigoted specist and thinks cavemen should only date their own kind, and the third is sneaking around dating a "sape," as in sapien.
And that's pretty much it. Nothing interesting or witty or redeeming about it. Do yourself a favor and do something more worthwhile that watching this show, like waxing your gooch, or protesting against baldness.

I watched it and it was better than I thought. I like how they made it out that Cavemen are just another species rather than them being the only Cavemen in the world.
