I know someone briefly made mention but they were spot on. Bruce Campbell as ASH in Army Of Darkness is by far the mack daddy of all fictional characters.
This character has the shit wrapped up hands down. After losing his hand he secures a chainsaw in it's place and carries a "boomstick". this combination of weaponry enables him to dismember, shoot and destroy all kinds of living dead.
Aside from being a total badass Ash is so quick with the one liners you can't help but respect him.
"Good, bad, I'm the guy with the gun"
"Gimme some sugar baby"
"Hail to the King Baby"
Finally, Ash is good with the ladies picking up Shiela and securing all the sugar a guy could want.
