It is, hands down, Darth Vader. Three reasons:
1. Oh, you won't tell me where the plans are? Oh, you're making fun of my Jedi roots? CHOKE BITCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
2. He mastered the difficult technique of disciplining your child with a single move: cut off their hand.
3. He's basically mostly a robot. And he's mostly a robot because he got burned in lava AND SURVIVED.
A robot with magic powers who isn't afraid to lay the smackdown on his snot nosed bitch of a kid. 100% Mack Daddy.
