I've only been to a a few places in the USA.
I can highly recommend Raleigh, NC if you ever want to go on a teaching exchange.
I can recommend Disneyland as a good place to go with your family when you are 5.
I can recommend new york, Las vegas, and the whole of route 1 as good places to go on holiday.
I went to university in England, in Cambridge for my BA,and Southampton for teacher training. I'm currently doing a masters in Education at Chichester. I wish I'd spent less time studying to be honest- I'm not going to look back on my life and wish I'd spent longer at school.

There's one mountain in Hiawassee you might've been to. Bell, I think it was called? Capped with quartz that sparked at night and had a view of the town and lakes. Lots of graffiti and beer cans too. College kids ruin everything.

depends if you are a liberal or a conservative, what weather you live and how important random shit matters to you.
Optimal for me is within 30 minutes of a large city, but not really in the heart of that city...so like...Connecticut for NY, Providence for Boston, Evanston for Chicago, etc.
Also, I really love being near water...so coastal areas.
Also depends if you like hot/cold weather and if you want 4 seasons or 2, etc.
I would stay out of everything below Virginia aside from Austin, TX. fuck red states.

My only advice would be to go where you get the best scholarship offered. I didn't apply for scholarships because I cringe at charity, I'm stupid, and I'm lazy. I just paid off my loans this year.
As far as climate goes in Arizona, we regularly have workers who can't take the heat. A couple nearly died on me. Fuckers.

1 - There are tons of schools in PA and OH. (no natural disasters, cheap area, seasons, some beautiful greenery)
2 - Schools are practically giving away scholarships in AZ and NM. (nice climate, growing economy, some beautiful desert)

School of the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston (in affiliation with Tufts University) offers a program in studio art that leads to the M.F.A. degree.
Mass Art offers an MFAs for Film, Photography, Design, Studio for Interrelated Media, and Fine Arts.
Uconn offers an MFA grad program.
Rhode Island School of Design offers an MFA grad program.
Yale offers an MFA grad program.
Those are all really good schools in pretty nice areas. Check them out if you like Boston / Conn / RI

New England has some of the best schools in the country. Other awesome grad schools include ones such as Duke or Ohio State. It really depends on the major. But if it's more about location than anything, I'd say either New England (Boston, to be exact) or Boulder, Colorado.
