Toast made from brown bread with smooth peanut butter and apricot jam.
Wiping crumbs onto the floor.
The way she complains of my breath in the morning, still reeking of lager.
Tidying my desk, pens in one place, post-its in another.
Waking up in the week at half past six, then realising over an hour left in bed.
Clouds at sunset the way they are red then grey.
Seagulls catching chips that I have thrown into the air.
Walking in the mountains.
Snow.
Trying to catch a frisbee on the beach on a hot day.
Diving under a wave only to come up for air and another hits me in the face.
