thursday was pretty awesome, i was to take my mother to see the Australian Pink Floyd show (KICK ASS SHOW) in boston.but before i left i was handed a list.
bag of dog food
halloween candy
light bulbs
AA batteries
halloween costume for Isan
...wait what? she wants me to pick out a costume for a 2 month old?
now im all for kids trick or treating, infact i cant wait till im chapperone to a group of door to door-ers so i can charge them the chapperone's "candy fee", but my child is only 10 weeks old. well i went to the baby store and poked around and found nothing small enough for a 22inch, 11 lb baby (ive caught lake trout larger than him). hes not going anywhere, nobody is going to see him, its not its gonna be on him any longer than itll take to get a photo.
anyhow after a few minutes i found a costume that read 0-3 months... well he is 0-3 months so ill get it.... hey half off... bonus.... $2.50 later he got a costume
and after seeing him in it, i know he thinks i let him down...
...at least his mommy was amused
