Notre Dame thinks they're too good to be in a conference. NCAA is ridiculously overprotective of their football program.
Last year, they placed them up at the top of the BCS when the only decent teams they played were the ones that beat them, except for Penn State. Ooh, look out, you can beat Army and Air Force!
What the fuck was the NCAA smoking when they put a #19 team in the sugar bowl? Apparently, it was Charlie Weis' fat cock.

Who the hell cares about collegiate sports?
When was the last time they brought in any money for their schools that didn't go straight back into their own coffers?
