Okay fucksticks, I'm in a creative slump lately, so with nothing new or special to contribute, I'm going to amuse myself by posting a string of meaningless posts in hopes of stirring things up a little.
Yeah, yeah, I know. Here comes the same old comebacks from all you un-original bastards: "Fuck off, Frank!" "Kill yourself, Frank!" "Go away and never come back, Frank!" "No Frank! Please! Not the fire hose!" Whatever. You think I care anymore what you dipshits think about me?
What's that you're saying? Why am I in such a lousy mood now that Christmas is just around the corner? I'm not in a bad mood, I just realized I really don't like any of you, except for Ray and Thorpe. I don't even read any of your posts any more, it's all the same old shit. "I did this," or "I observed that," and the usual reviews from the usual assholes who think that because they can string together a coherent sentence once in a while they are qualified to critique someone else's work.
Now I will concede some of you are well read, intelligent people who were mislead into posting on this cess pool called Uber. To you I say: Run. Run long, run fast, run hard, run deep. Run. It's too late for me. There will never be any redeeming quality to this site or any of the chuckleheads who review our literary labors of love. I poured my heart and soul into what I wrote here, but it was ignored or flamed because some assholes like to make themselves seem badass by harassing people over the net that they would never dare approach face-to-face with their juvenile bullshit.
Seriously, is this all that's keeping this place together? A forum of mutual abuse? Is that all this site is good for anymore? At the risk of being crude, I think moid is a better site than this. Sure the people who use it post some pretty disgusting things, but in the forum, the bickering is at a minimum. When did Uber become the stomping grounds for sullen, bitchy douche bags who can't at least be civil with each other.
Now I've said it before and I'll say it again: I know I will never be the most popular guy on this site, and I'd be wasting my time trying for it. But what burns my ass is that I came here as myself. The person you see between these lines is genuine. I'm not a character, or an alter, or some trumped up alter ego. I'm just a big, clumsy, awkward, socially maladjusted geek who means well. Am I a weird-o? Damn straight! But I'm an honest weird-o, and I give people a chance to be themselves, to lay aside the mask and be accepted for being every bit as weird and unusual as myself.
You shitstains, on the other hand, ostracized me for being weird. And what's worse, you ostracized me for being weird on a weird site. What I'm getting at here is I'm calling you out. All of you. Every single one of you fucktards who look down on me for having the balls to be different in my own way, for being an individual and marching to the beat of my own distant drummer. I'm calling out all of you to justify yourselves. What makes you so superior to me? What gives you the right to call me a piece of shit for doing or saying what I know we've all thought about at one time or another.
Love me or hate me, I don't care, all I ask is you choose one or the other for a genuine reason.

It's not your "wierdness" - you're not even in the ballpark with some Uberers
It's not your writing - there are worse and better utterly non-memorable writers here.
It's not your insistence on being accepted - although that alone will ostracize you from most Uberers, it does not mean you won't find a welcome from those who share your desire (Perkman and Daddysgurl01 come to mind, for what that's worth).

What you fail to recognize is, that the site forms a sense of community, and this "abuse" is to be taken in stride, as you would kidding with friends.
Maybe you just need some form of validation, but the only thing that seems to be validated is of a higher quality than what you've put out thus far. It's not the site, it's you.

Meh, honestly without getting all huffy and puffy about it - this really is just a website. I find it hard to get too worked up over anything that is said by most of the folks around here. Certain people hold a stronger interest to me - I respect the opinion of many people... and look forward to the interaction from many others (positive and negative). This place is a dysfunctional social network along with the rest of its random goodness. I find a lot of you people VERY interesting and consistently amuse the fuck out of myself and enjoy the make-shift degenerate little community that has formed.
Anyway -the way I look at it it's really up to you how much you let this glorious little distraction affect you - I mean caring isn't a bad thing, but you can definitely care too much. (...or pretend not to - the unfortunate norm.)
I just soak it up.
