Hot.
I find burlesque to be more sexy than any average strip, but I find that a person not trying to be sexy is often the most sexy, kind of like the girl who doesn't know she's beautiful.
I also find that fully-clothed is much sexier than nekkid in general, the human form is beautiful and all, but the real sexy is what you're not supposed to see, not somebody laying it all out as though it's nothing to them.
Example: a girl wearing knee-high boots and a skirt that goes almost to the knees. All you see is that innocuous bit of flesh at the lowest portion of the thigh, but you get the impression that you're not supposed to see it... forbidden fruit accidentally exposed... much sexier than clear high heels and a belt where the skirt should be. Granted, the belt-skirt girl is also probably more available, more fuckable, but the one in the longer skirt is probably a higher quality female.

OK, well in that case, I don't find burlesque particularly sexy. I can see its appeal to others, I think I just find it too contrived. Subtle, sexy movement can be hot. A woman dancing can be hot. A woman fucking can be hot. A woman moving/dancing in a manner with the sole intention of teasing/exciting doesn't do much for me, personally, unless it's in a real situation. As far as Dita goes, I think her body is amazing, the rest I'm pretty meh about.
