Can't open it at work, but the picture reminds me of this skit in this old sketch comedy show "the State"
At the end they did these hidden camera scenes and one was trying to put up baby "pit fighting" posters in baby stores.

I wish I could watch this at work. No speakers, though. Damn the Man.
