Where I live, and where I enjoy living, you can't talk house downpayment unless you've got at least $30,000 on hand, excellent credit, and you can pay a 2 thousand dollar monthly nut once you move in. None of which is ever going to happen, at this rate.

1. I did not book a Carnival Cruise. Been there, done that, never again. It is Norwegian, which I know isn't the greatest but I got a very good price and I need to get away.

100% agree- A Carnival cruise is the biggest waste of time and money on earth. I would actually rather work than go on another one of their "vacations".
I cannot begin to explain how pissed off I was after that trip. I'm warning you- cancel the trip now if its at all possible... but judging from my experience with Carnival- they probably already charged your credit card and won't refund jack shit.
