No Caturday posts today, mighty Ubermen and Uberwomen?
Okay, it is a bit of a tired meme to some of us but hell, Caturday is a fine tradition nonetheless. For your viewing enjoyment, here is the best picture I've ever taken of a cat.
A little background: at a store I worked at a few years back, there was a cat that would show up every morning (usually) for food and attention. Exhausted from his night's activities, this cat (who I called Pudders... yeah, I know) would flake out on the store's sofa in the back. He'd be so tired I'd pose him in various cute ways and take pictures. Okay, I KNOW, it's WEIRD... but hell, it was better than actually working.
The whole upshot is: this is the best picture of the lot, and I dedicate it to Bart & all you crazy maniacs in the Ubercommunity (yes, even you too, Shlongy) on this fine, fine Caturday. A lot of you have helped me improve my writing through constructive criticism and ego-destroying comments, so I Thank You. Enjoy:

For all you naysayers: I did take this picture. I remember taking this picture; I remember posing the tired cat with the teddy bear and taking this picture. I remember being happy I took this picture.
This isn't the first time I've posted this picture on the Internet, though; I'd like to see the links to where this picture is! It'd be interesting to know where its "gotten to".
I don't plagiarize; I'm one of those writers that feels plagiarizers should be executed by meat-eating red ants. I've had my work ripped off by others and if the same has happened to you, you know how annoying that can be.
If you're saying I ripped this picture off because its such a damn good picture, read the title again. This picture is the best I've taken of a cat, most of the rest are CRAP which is why I'm not posting them. You know how hard it is to pose a cat unless that cat is asleep? Most of my cat pictures are just feline-shaped blurs after the cat has told me, in its silent cat way, to screw off and stop trying to take pictures. So there you go.
