I know this guy, his name was Bart de Graaff, a Dutch comedian with a disease that made him look like a twelve year old that's been in a tub for sixteen months. This was from one of his sketches.
He died.
In addition: here he's imitating a weatherman from another dutch television channel.
No dialysis could save the little fucker, he was funny.
Btw, that logo on the screen is from his own tv channel: Barts' News Network or BNN.
