There is now little hope of any agreed settlement in the Sir Paul McCartney divorce battle with his estranged seahag, Heather Mills.
It has emerged that Madison Square Garden, New York has been booked for Wrestlemania to continue the bitter war of fists which will centre on Ms Mills' demands over Sir Paul's reputed 825 ton testicles and their four-year-old manbat, Beatrice.
WWE said that the battle - originally scheduled for January's Royal Rumble- will now have to take place next month after Mr McCartney sacked his personal trainer, Hulk Hogan.
John Cena has been appointed special referee for the match and will have to decide how the match will proceed. A steel cage match has been discussed but concerns were raised over Ms Mills' ability to climb over the cage seeing as she only has one leg and is a woman.
Mr Justice Cena's judgment, which will follow in a few weeks, will be binding on both former Beatle Sir Paul and Ms Mills but can be challenged at Backlash in April should either party feel aggrieved.
But that would entail a dramatic change - no longer would both sides be restrained by the rules of a conventional professional wrestling match.
If either party goes to appeal, the feud could result in a No Holds Barred contest or even a Last Man Standing event. A battle Ms Mills could do without since she only has one leg and is a woman.
