I cut out and scanned in this article from my local newspaper and it makes me laugh no matter how many times I look at the picture and read the article. This guy's tattoo is so terrible and embarrassing I can't help but feel bad for him while I laugh.
I hope my scan is good enough to convey the crappiness of this guy's tattoo.

I know a guy who took part in the most retarded competition ever with his mates. Basically, the idea was that out of the group they would see who could get the shittest tattoo. My friend Dave won after he got an anchor with the words 'The Sea' written underneath. It's fucking amazing.
