I'm curious about the opinion of anyone following the race for the presidential nominations. Thankfully, Mika Huckabee, who once said when questioned on his plans for the USA if he won the presidency, "I want to take this nation back for Christ".
So people of Uber, who some of you most know more about politics than I, how do you feel about the current race? Also, how do you feel about someone like Huckabee, who knows nothing about separation of church and state, definitely not having a chance to be the next president?
I, even though I am Roman Catholic, and pleased beyond all measure that a person who wants to take the United States back for Christ will not have a chance to.
And keep in mind, just because I personally believe in God, doesn't mean I would ever want that belief forced down anyone's throat. As much as an atheist takes issue with people in the government using religion as a means to further their own agenda, I take even more of an issue with that.
Separation of Church and State, please.
