There goes a another couple of hours of my life that I'd like back....
Cloverfield, 10,000 BC, and one more movie... and I'm going to shoot up the nearest Hollywood studio. I wonder if my anger will subside after a 2,000+ mile drive. Those Hollywood mother fuckers better hope so.

damn, something is wrong with the website and i can't submit a comment about the movie so i'm just going to post it here.
i am incredibly annoyed by the controversey over this.
if the character is meant to derive humor from a black stereotype, how would it be any different if the part were played by an actual black man? are blacks that are offended by this trying to say they are ashamed of the character? because i don't see any mention of the character, just the person playing him.
no one ever says anything when Dave Chappelle plays an uptight, nerdy white man. this is just like Muslims who act so offended by simple things like a picture someone drew of their prophet. ok, maybe not quite like that, since Muslims MURDER when they are offended.... i hope racial pandering doesn't stop this character from happening because i like Robert Downey Jr.

although i am watching stormchasers right now instead of sleeping and i have a nice 15-hour day tomorrow starting at 8 in the morning. so maybe, there might be something to your theory yet.

How could you NOT like Cloverfield? They tried to rip-off the Blair Witch thing, only with special effects, 9/11 feed off 9/11 paranoia, made pop references to myapace and youtube, and even threw in Cthulhuzilla.... yeah, I could see how that would be shit.
