Well after a bit of a hiatus I have now returned to my old job and thus have entirely too much time on my hands. That being said I will be returning to Ubersite with a vengeance. I know, who really gives a fuck.

my workout tips include...
1) Playstation 2 - 30 min reps, at least 2 a day
2) Massive intake of protein, sodium, carbs, and of course booze
3) ALWAYS snack between meals
4) Masturbate as often as possible
