Dunno bout the tiger one, but the Seattle Art Museum has a display just like the car one. You don't have to pay to see it, it's right in the main lobby type area.
I like getting drunk and/or stoned and walking around Seattle. You can buy salmon jerky at the farmer's market and use credit cards for public restrooms.
