OK...so last week my first post got all the warmth and loving acceptance of a positive HIV test result. Upon reading all the negative reviews & -2s I immediately went home to listen to some Good Charlotte while superficially cutting myself and blogging about how "no one understands me!"
EMOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!
But I am bored at work again soooooooo...
A quick recap of my Friday night goes like this:
People started gathering at my place around 8ish, I tried to fend off the shooters for as long as I could as I knew it was going to be a complete shit show.
After there was a large enough group I finally gave in and proceeded to drink Sambuca, Jaggerbombs, Liquid Cocaine, and my usual standby of Gin & Fresca. Yes, Fresca!
Think Gin & tonic only with a slight sweet taste that I prefer over tonic. So in a matter of an hour or so I managed to consume a fairly obscene amount of alcohol and was feeling GOOD!
Our gang of 20 or so made our way downtown to the local Irish pub(no, I'm not Irish) for some shenanigans & debauchery. I was still in relative control and was actually let in...but it didn't last long!
I had 2 simple rules for drinks...no tequila, no whiskey!
So of course the first shot I was presented was of course a Rocky Mountain Bear Fucker, tequila AND JD! Argh!
We got a table and a few drinks and sat down. Some dude I barely know soon shows up with a shot of tequila & lemon wedge. I was hoping he would take off and I could pawn it off on someone, but no dice! He stood beside me until I forced it down, and it was nasty! I'm not a fan of tequila to begin with, but the cheap ass shit that bars have here is just complete crap!
This is around the time when I lose my memory and have no clue how the rest of my night went if not for the stories I heard from my friends.
Apparently I had a good time, doing more shots and drinks all kinds of pollution...beer, shooters, hard drinks.
I have also been informed that I am an out of control ass slapping machine as several of the ladies out informed me that my hand print was firmly embedded into their asses the next day!
Uhhh...oops!
What's the deal with tequila?!
I know I can hold my liquor as I readily admit I'm a raging alcoholic. But I have never "lost" that much of a night as that...or any time I drink tequila for that matter.
Mmmmm...that Gin & Fresca sounds nice right about now!
Yeah, so another post with no sappy poem or witty observations of my surroundings...I can just feel the -2 DIE coming!

A pet peeve of mine is young people claiming to be alcoholics.
Unless you drink ALONE EVERY DAY and need alcohol just to feel NORMAL you are not, NOT, an alcoholic.

yeah...I should have stuck to the tried & true formula for success on uber.
1) long drawn out poetry
2) links to stories in the news with my personal opinions on them
3) elaborate stories about the origin of my name
Doh! I will proceed to hang myself now.
I'm not going to lie...this was purely an excuse to kill some time while at work, I was going for quantity over quality, mission accomplished!
I find uber a mild source of entertainment while at work...meh!
Usually a good source for animated GIFs though. Should I come up with some "quality" material that fits the formula, I'll get back to you.
Not receiving the love and admiration of random strangers is quite hard on me...luckily I enjoy the negative comments even more than the positive ones.
