The idea is, the source is supposed to be good enough that it works, even after the filter of human error.
100% efficiency from source. No communication or contact with lowest layer or the general population. The error rate declines with increased levels of experience in combination with increasing levels of competence.
0 - 12% expected decline in efficiency due to human error, per layer of human involved. Higher level layers error only occurs during problem solving.
The highest layers have the lowest percentage of error, 0-1%. Reasoning - greatest communication with source. Bigger errors tend to be made on this level, due to the increased ammount of power and control given to them. Technial and highly specified problems should be corrected at this level.
Mid-level layers have 0-5% decline error. Reason - less contact with source, greater contact with general population. Little to no real communication, simply contact. Any general problem should be corrected at this level.
Lowest level layers have 0-12% decline error. Reason - They must interact with the general public. The general population is attributed with "human error", thus resulting in an estmated 83% of all error involved. This reduces the actual errors made by the workforce to a maximum of 3%
No fault is attributed to the worker in these situations, merely, it is where the error occurs.
Secondary reason - No contact or communication with the source. Training videos and basic rulebooks sent from the high layers cannot adaquately handle the parameters of human error.
This creates a maximum potential for error as 18% until it is solved by the source, with the initial odds for error of less than 3%, and the error correction rate is at or above 96%. The minimum effeciency required is between 87 and 98% depending on the nature of the corporate work. The higher quality the corporation is, the greater efficacy rate.
That's why corporations can get away with it, because that is the thought process. It disregards people as people, and sees them as tools. A means to an end.

Most corporations have their own unique take on how reality operates. That's why the bulk of them are categorically fucked.

Interesting.
I like the Futurama picture. Dont forget to watch this Sunday as Comedy Central airs the movie "Bender's Big Score" in 4 episodes.

This whole post was a haze of useless information and the only two words that jumped out at me were 'retard' and 'tool,' but that's probably just because it is one of your posts.

I had to read that 4 times to understand it. But it does make sense now.
Personally, I always figured they hired retards because they could pay them less. But your theory works too.
